Peak Health Stack is an evidence-based health and supplement guide for people who want honest, well-researched information — not marketing copy dressed up as advice. We cover supplements, nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mental performance with one consistent standard: every recommendation is grounded in the clinical evidence, every claimed benefit is sourced, and every limitation is stated honestly.

Why We Built This

The supplement and wellness industry is worth over $150 billion globally — and a significant proportion of that market is built on extraordinary claims backed by thin evidence, proprietary blends that hide dosing, and influencer partnerships that obscure commercial motivations. We built Peak Health Stack because we found it genuinely difficult to find a single source that told us what actually worked, at what dose, in what form, for which specific person — without an agenda attached to the answer.

We are not anti-supplement. We are anti-hype. Magnesium genuinely helps sleep in people who are deficient. Creatine genuinely builds muscle. Vitamin D genuinely matters for bone, immune, and mood health across most of the northern hemisphere. The evidence for these things is robust and consistent. But most of the supplement market’s marketing claims are not similarly supported — and we think the distinction matters to your health and your wallet.

Our Standard

Every supplement and health topic we cover is evaluated against the published clinical evidence — primarily randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. We distinguish between strong evidence, moderate evidence, and limited evidence in our content, and we are explicit when a supplement’s marketing outpaces what the research actually shows. We are not here to tell you what you want to hear. We are here to tell you what the evidence shows.

We prioritise original research sources (PubMed, NHS, peer-reviewed journals) over secondary aggregators, and we update content when the evidence base meaningfully changes. We write for adults who can handle nuance — not for people who want a simple green-light or red-light answer without context.
